The regional internet outage in the US appears to have been resolved by the provider. You should be able to use your WiFi connection instead of a hotspot and/or reconnect to the internet to allow sales made in Offline Mode to process. Cova Support is receiving calls in the US regarding clients not being able to login. We have investigated this issue and found that it is due to a regional internet outage. If you are experiencing this issue, you can update your WiFi to connect to a mobile internet hotspot which, will allow you to continue sales as normal. If you do not have a mobile hotspot available, you can turn WiFi off on your tablets and use Cova in Offline Mode. We will continue to monitor the outage and provide updates as we can.
