Google Cloud Outage - Impacted POS Services

Our teams are beginning to see internal services recover, however, Google Cloud continues to have ongoing issues. We are continuing to monitor and will provide an update when we are confident in calling the all clear.

Hello Cova Customers,

Due to a Google Cloud outage, certain services on the POS tablets will not function as expected.

*The order notification "ding" will not sound.
*Inventory, promotions, and pricing will not update automatically.
*Refreshing the tablet manually will force an update and pricing and inventory will update.


Please note that sales, traceability and other POS functionality will not be impacted.

We will provide updates as we have an understanding when the Google Cloud outage is resolved.
