Cova Authentication Service Disruption

We have not seen any remaining issues since the last status update and we believe all services have returned to normal. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Most Cova services have returned to normal functionality but we are still seeing some intermittant slowness with loading, so we will continue to monitor the issue to confirm recovery and provide updates when we are confident that the issue is no longer occurring.

We are beginning to see some improvements with Cova services, but as the issue is not yet fully resolved, we are continuing to monitor.

We have received an update that Microsoft Azure believes to have found the root cause of the issue and we are continuing to monitor as we wait for improvements to services. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are continuing to see issues with multiple services in Cova related to Microsoft Azure hosting services. Thank you for your patience as we monitor the issue and continue to wait for a resolution.

We are seeing some services (like the Customers service) begin to come back to normal levels again but we are continuing to monitor as the issue is not yet fully resolved.

We have identified the issue as being with the hosting service used by Cova, Microsoft Azure. We are currently working on reaching out to their team to work with them to resolve the issue, as the issue is occurring outside of Cova's direct control. We will continue to provide updates when available.

We are currently seeing an issue with Microsoft Azure that is preventing users from logging into the Cova hub or the Cova app. For users that are already logged into the Cova app, it may be possible to continue making non-integrated sales in Offline Mode, if that functionality is available for your location. We will continue to provide updates when available.
