Dear Customer,
We are currently experiencing slower response times when generating PDF reports via the SE ReportFetcher API. This may result in delays for customers requesting reports in PDF format through the API.
Please note that this issue only affects API requests. PDF reports generated through the website are operating normally, and all other Swedish services remain unaffected.
Our engineering teams are actively investigating the cause and working to restore normal performance as quickly as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates via our status page once further progress has been made.
There is no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.

Dear Customer,
Earlier today, we identified slower response times when generating PDF reports via the SE ReportFetcher API, which may have caused delays for customers requesting reports in PDF format through the API.
Our engineering teams have now implemented changes to the way PDF requests are handled, and we are currently seeing improved response times compared to earlier behaviour.
Please note that this issue only affected API requests. PDF reports generated through the Creditsafe website continued to operate normally, and all other Swedish services remained unaffected.
We are continuing to closely monitor the service to ensure performance remains stable before making any further adjustments. We will provide further updates if required.
