Dear Customer,
We are sorry to inform you that certain Canadian and US PLC Company Reports are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Our IT team are already working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When you pull for certain publicly traded companies in the US & Canada on our website, you may notice that a number of companies return an error message advising that there is “Unexpected exception thrown when parsing company report.” This is being worked on as a priority by our engineering team.
We will keep you updated with progress via our status page and let you know as soon as we have resolved the difficulties, so there’s no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.

We would like to provide an update regarding the issue affecting certain Canadian and US PLC Company Reports.
Our engineering team has identified the cause and is actively working on implementing a fix. As previously communicated, when accessing certain publicly traded companies in the US and Canada, some reports may return an error message indicating “insufficient company data.”
The issue remains limited in scope, impacting only a subset of PLC company reports, and is being treated as a priority. We are working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
We will continue to keep you informed via our status page and will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. There is no need to contact us unless your query is urgent.
