Intermittent connectivity issues

We’re aware of an ongoing incident with our cloud infrastructure provider (Microsoft Azure) affecting their service operations. As a result, a subset of users may experience intermittent errors, slower load times, or brief connection failures when accessing Crelate.

The majority of Crelate functionality remains available and unaffected due to our redundant infrastructure. Microsoft has identified a likely cause and is actively mitigating. We are monitoring closely and will update this page as the situation develops.

No action is required on your end. If issues persist, a page refresh or retry will typically resolve them.
