A fix has been implemented by Cloudflare and they believe the incident is now resolved. Cloudflare is continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal.

If you were experiencing log in issues, it should now work. No need to make any changes, everything will work as it did before the incident and your data will be preserved.

Cloudflare is continuing to work on stabilising their service. More of our customers are reporting success when logging in, so if you are impacted, try to log in - it might work now. We will keep updating with more information.

Cloudflare is continuing working on restoring service for application services customers.

The issue has been identified by Cloudflare and a fix is being implemented.

We are currently experiencing issues with user authentication, which may prevent users from logging in to the Cropster platform and Roasting Intelligence.

This incident is caused by a major service outage at Cloudflare, which is impacting our authentication provider, Ory. Because Cloudflare supports a large portion of the internet, you may notice similar connectivity issues with other services you use today.
