Halt of FHR 25.3 Roll-out

Dear FHR Customer,

As communicated in the FHR 25.3 - Pre-peak release article, during yesterday's Weekly Maintenance Window we deployed FHR 25.3 to all non-commit config enabled Test environments.

Since then we have identified an issue with one of our infrastructure components, which caused several upgraded test environments to become unresponsive overnight. This is not an issue with version 25.3 but rather with infrastructure components used to deploy it.

As such we are, effective immediately, halting the rollout of 25.3 until we can confirm we can safely deploy new FAS versions without risking environments becoming unavailable.

We will not be rolling back FHR 25.3 on test at this time, however, we will be using this delay to the deployment to address issues that have been identified in FHR 25.2. The details of these can be seen on the Known Bugs: FHR 25.2 page.

We plan to deploy the fix for these 2 bugs as a hot fix to FHR 25.3 and redeploy it to test environments on Monday September 15th 2025, as part of the normal Monday Maintenance. This will allow us to also confirm the issue preventing safe deployments is solved.

Should this deployment be successful, we will deploy 25.3, with these 2 fixes included, to Live & commit config enabled environments after the normal 2 week testing period on Monday the 29th of September to ensure these fixes are available on production going into Peak 2025.

These dates are provisional and we will update you with confirmed dates no later than Monday, September 8th 2025.
