Weekly Maintenance
During this maintenance window, you may experience:
- Trigger processing delays between 11:00 UTC and 14:00 UTC
- Inability to access the Fredhopper Service via SSO while the SSO service is being upgraded. LDAP log-in will be unaffected by this.
Please be assured that we do not expect there to be any downtime as part of this maintenance work.
No further impact is expected, but if you notice any issues, please log a ticket with us.
FHR Upgrades:
As communicated on the status page, we have resolved the issue blocking the rollout of 25.3. We will also take this opportunity to deploy fixes for the bugs listed on the Known Bugs: FHR 25.2 page ahead of Peak 2025.
Deployment will take place in stages:

Monday, 15st September 2025
- Deployment to all test environments (excluding those with commit config or “treat as live” configurations).

Monday, 29th September 2025
- Deployment to all production environments, including “treat as live” environments, as well as commit config test environments.
Please note:
- If you have a commit config environment, both the target and source environments must be reindexed and have 25.3 initialised before a commit config is triggered. Otherwise, the process will fail.
- No downtime is expected as part of the FHR 25.3 upgrade.
