Following feedback from a third-party provider we believe we've identified the underlying cause of the re-occuring data feed failures due to infrastructure hardware failure. Due to the nature and risk of the proposed fix we are in the process of testing this in staging environment and plan to deploy it to production as part of the FHR2026#7 deployment starting Monday July 20th 2026.
We are reactively correcting the fault when it occurs by restarting the service. This will cause any data feeds in progress to fail. Full Reindexes will be restarted but due to the volume of Incremental feeds, any incremental feed failures are only reprocessed on request.
The Support team will send proactive notifications to inpacted customers to make them aware.
We will confirm once the fix has been deployed to production and it has solved the underlying issue.
