Login Errors

Application performance on the affected web server has returned to normal and no further issues have come up during our monitoring.

We have also identified the likely source of the memory issue to be tied to PDF generation. We will separately be working to make the necessary changes to ensure it does not recur.

Our investigation revealed one of our web servers was failing to connect to the database due to a temporary out-of-memory error. Users serviced through that web server would see the error. The memory issue has been resolved and normal operation has resumed. We are continuing to monitor.
