Outage Details

Cyberark-Idaptive is aware of an Office365 verification issue using Basic Auth that is affecting the US-West and APAC regions of our service including the pods specified below. We have identified this as an integration issue with Microsoft O365 services and have opened a priority ticket with Microsoft to resolve the issue. We will be working closely with Microsoft until this issue is resolve and will provide updates as they become available. As a workaround, Customers currently using Basic Auth are encouraged to change to using token based authentication. For more information, please reach out to Cyberark Customer Support.

Cyberark-Idaptive have worked with Microsoft and verified this fix for O365 verification using Basic Auth is now deployed in all regions. This incident is now resolved. Please reach out to Cyberark Customer Support if you have any further questions.

MONITORING about 4 years ago - at 02/23/2021 06:06PM

Cyberark-Idaptive is continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve this issue. O365 verification using Basic Auth is now working in our US-West region and we are working with Microsoft to implement the fix in other affected regions as well.
