We're currently investigating an issue causing intermittent 502 and 503 errors in the UI. The root cause appears to be instability in our Backend for Frontend (BFF) service, which is experiencing sporadic crashes. Our engineering team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue.

The issue was resolved a few hours ago by increasing the memory allocation for the BFF (Backend for Frontend) service. We're still investigating the underlying root cause and will share a full RCA (Root Cause Analysis) next week.

In the meantime, we continue to closely monitor the system to ensure stability. We expect to formally close this incident shortly.
