The issue affecting the Leap website and Solver API has been identified.
The Solver API is currently less responsive than normal. You may experience delays or occasional failed problems when submitting jobs through the Solver API until the backlog is processed.

We are still investigating the cause of this issue.
The Solver API outage is impacting all solvers in the North America (West) region, including hybrid solvers. Solvers in North America (East) and Europe regions continue to work as normal.
By default, Ocean connects to the North American (West) region, to configure a different region, see https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/ocean/sapi_access_basic.html
