The incident impacts the Current rate model, delivered in the following products:
"Benchmark Analytics Real Time Estimator"
"Benchmark Analytics Batch Estimator"
"iFMI (API)"

This has triggered a system outage so that customers do not use the rates.
The problem has been identified as a system change that was implemented this week.
We are implementing a patch that is expected to resolve the issue by 08:00 AM ET Wed 1/15/25.
