DataLab sessions are failing to start. We are aware of the issue and are actively investigating.

Session start times have recovered and returned to normal. While DataLab is now mostly operational again, files added as data sources are temporarily inaccessible. Users can still upload files directly in their workbooks by expanding the context panel on the right side of the editor.
We are actively working on a fix to re-enable file data sources.
