A partial Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) outage in the us-ashburn region caused Datadog's OCI Integration metrics to be delayed or missing from monitoring graphs for nearly 50 hours. The incident affected Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and experienced multiple recurrences during the outage period. The issue was resolved once Oracle fixed their underlying infrastructure problems, restoring normal metric collection and display in Datadog.
The OCI outage has been resolved. Customers should see metrics return in the Ashburn region in their Datadog OCI monitoring.
OCI has marked the incident as stable, Datadog will continue to monitor to verify services do not go down again.
The OCI outage is appearing again in the ashburn region. We have contacted Oracle to investigate to get this resolved as soon as possible.
