VDS System Degradation

As no affected customers have reported any further issues to date, we are closing this incident.

On the underlying host of the VDS platform, an unplanned storage/system outage occurred at our infrastructure provider. As a result of this incident, the host was permanently deprovisioned.

Because this specific platform did not provide integrated snapshots or backups, we regret to inform you that the data stored on the affected system cannot be recovered.

We are in the process of provisioning a replacement server immediately. In addition, we have already planned the implementation of our own backup and disaster recovery (DR) mechanisms for this product line to significantly reduce the risk of a comparable incident in the future.

We apologize for the lack of transparency in this incident. Our team is currently making every effort to restore the affected system. Unfortunately, it appears that we are dealing with a severe failure, which is preventing the system from returning to a stable operational state at this time.

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing issues with a VDS system for several hours. As a result, the affected system needs to be replaced on short notice.
