We have successfully completed the migration of all Xeon products. They are now fully operational again in SkyLink, NL, powered by Xeon v4 CPUs, which deliver optimal performance for demanding workloads.

We have good news for you! Tomorrow’s the day — we’ll be putting the new node in SkyLink NL into operation. From then on, we’ll begin migrating the current Xeon servers there, each with a new IP address.

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to fully resolve the issue affecting our Intel Xeon nodes. Our team is still actively investigating the problem, and we are now in contact with a partner at SkyLink, where we are likely to migrate our servers. This move will allow us to continue offering competitive prices while maintaining solid performance. Please note, however, that the setup there will use Intel Xeon v4 processors, not the newer Gold series.

Due to the significant costs involved, we’re unable to provide free refunds or extensions for current Xeon server customers.

We have made another attempt to resolve the issue on our side, but unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do at this point. We will need to wait for the replacement systems to become available in order to migrate the servers from xeon01 to the remaining nodes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a new node at a German location. However, we are already in discussions with a partner in the Netherlands. At that location, we will be able to offer higher internet connectivity and higher traffic capacity — at no additional cost to our customers.

It is likely that we will need to migrate the affected servers to ensure stable operations in the future. We will provide further updates here as we proceed.

The new node in SkyLink, NL will be deployed shortly. We also have additional plans to expand the Xeon infrastructure — including new systems in Germany — as these have proven to be very popular among our users.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to implement a fix over the weekend. We are aiming to deploy a highly optimized solution next week.

This issue was unexpected, and we are doing everything within our power to restore the servers to their usual performance as quickly as possible.

The issue has been identified. It is not related to the network connection or similar factors, but rather to the installed drives, which are unable to deliver sufficient performance to handle the current number of VMs and the required read/write speeds.

We are already in the process of setting up a new node to mitigate these performance limitations. It may be necessary for us to revert to a Xeon v4 system for this purpose.
