A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are aware of a problem where Datto Networking devices can fail to populate device statistics in the Networking Status page despite being online and successfully checking in.
The Kaseya R&D Team is currently investigating this issue.
In the meantime, Datto Networking device statistics can be viewed through Network Manager or the DNA web UI.
