We have identified that the root cause of the dbt deps command failure appears to be related to the current outage in GitHub. Please refer to GitHub's statuspage here: https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/d0nm3xcdc5jw. We are currently monitoring for the performance until the underlying issue is addressed.
