We're investigating an issue with failing deploy job runs that is as a result of a compilation error INSERT OVERWRITE is only properly supported on all-purpose clusters. On SQL Warehouses, this strategy would be equivalent to using the table materialization. The team is identifying the root cause and working on a resolution.

We have provided a workaround to failing jobs by downgrading the dbt version to Compatible in environment settings. Jobs should return to its normal state after re-running. We are continuing to monitor this issue.

We have identified an issue with the dbt-databricks v1.10.1 release that resulted in a compilation error INSERT OVERWRITE is only properly supported on all-purpose clusters. On SQL Warehouses, this strategy would be equivalent to using the table materialization. As a workaround, change the dbt version running in the environment to compatible to resolve the error.
