GitHub is currently experiencing an incident that is causing degraded performance. This may impact scheduled jobs and IDE sessions, causing errors in cloning and other git operations. We are continuing to monitor the status of git-related errors and will update this status as needed with additional information.

From approximately 0330 to 0440 UTC, less than 5% of IDE sessions and scheduled runs failed in the git clone step.

Clones of GitHub-hosted repositories are once again working as expected and failure rates due to git clone errors have returned to their historic norms.
