dbt Cloud Web Application unavailable in US Multitenant instance

Between 1825 UTC and 1930 UTC on Thursday, March 9, a configuration change caused attempts to reach cloud.getdbt.com to be redirected to an unreachable instance, leading to the web application and Run API being unreachable in the US Multitenant instance.

We rolled back the change and additionally updated our API gateway configuration to mitigate the issue and are no longer observing calls being redirected.

This issue would not have affected jobs scheduled in dbt Cloud, but would have affected job runs from being started by external orchestrators between 1825 UTC and approximately 1855 UTC, which could result in those tools reporting failures during that time.

If you are continuing to experience an inability to load cloud.getdbt.com, quitting your browser application entirely (vs. closing only a tab or window) and re-launching should address the problem. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact Support via support@getdbt.com.

We have determined this issue does not impact scheduled jobs but will block attempts to launch jobs via the dbt Cloud Run API.
