Multiple reports of Slack notifications not being received.

This issue has now been resolved.

We are starting to see evidence of successful dispatch of Slack notifications. Any runs, that are in progress, may continue to experience the current issue. Subsequent runs should trigger the Slack notifications successfully.

We have applied a fix and are monitoring the status closely. The fix mix take some more time to propagate across all tenants. We will provide a further update soon.

We have identified the cause of the issue and are in the process of fixing it. A recent code change resulted in channels not being found by the Slack API. We are reverting this code change.

We have had multiple reports of Slack notifications not being received. We are currently investigating the issue. We will continue to provide further information on a regular basis.
