We're investigating an issue with our billings usage api that is causing an issue with billing. This is impacting customers anytime after [5:24pm UTC]. The team is working on a resolution and we will provide updates at approximately 30 minute intervals or as soon as new information becomes available.

The issue has been resolved, and all affected systems are now functioning normally as of 18:10:00 UTC.

Between 17:24:00 UTC and 18:10:00 UTC an issue with and external dependency resulted in 502 errors on the billing page. The external vendor has applied fixes to their systems, and our billing page has since returned to normal.
