We are currently experiencing a problem where IDE (Develop) sessions are not starting up. We are actively investigating this issue and hope to have a further update soon.

A fix has been deployed for the underlying issue and we are continuing to monitor. If you encounter job runs stuck in a "queued" stage, please proceed with marking the long queued runs as "Cancelled". If any questions or concerns, please reach out to support@getdbt.com

We have deployed a fix for the networking issue impacting the IDE, Cloud CLI, and dbt Cloud deployment jobs and are monitoring the status for decreasing errors. These services should slowly start restoring and we will continue to provide updates as we monitor the rollout of the fix.

We are now seeing issues with CLI sessions as well as Job Runs failing, in addition to IDE sessions not starting up, as originally reported. We are actively investigating, with the highest priority. We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the disruption of service.
