Deadline Funnel service disruption

A system-wide service disruption occurred in Deadline Funnel on January 27, 2021 from 5:45am EST to 6:45am EST. The total duration of this incident was one hour. During this time, almost all email links, email timers, and website integrations were not working. Webhook processing was also delayed but webhooks received during that period of time have been processed successfully. We apologize for this issue and for the inconvenience that it caused. The cause of the incident was a bad deployment that took place and then was rolled back. In the immediate future we are actively working to improve our internal systems to prevent this from happening again.
