When previewing a tour, some may encounter an 'Oops! Something went wrong' message. This does not impact shared tours. Our R&D Team is actively working on a fix. We'll update this page as soon as we have further information.

We've identified the issue as relating to the decompression of tour data. A fix is expected to be released during early hours US time on December 14.
We will update this once the fix has been deployed.
