The behavior observed is an empty list of the templates in the drop-down field on the Issue Templates panel. It is occurring on the native Create screen and the Create from template button.
We’re investigating the source in cooperation with the Atlassian team.

Atlassian has confirmed that the recent change to their backend search platform (JSIS) affected how certain JQL clauses are handled. This affected the display of the templates during the creation.
We have released a fix for this behavior, and the app is operating normally.
The issue has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
