Duplicate Emails Received from Gmail

Official incident page

Incident Report

We are actively tracking an issue where some customers may receive duplicate copies of incoming emails when the messages originate from Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. After a thorough investigation of our mail infrastructure, we have verified that this behavior is not caused by our hosting platform, local mail servers, or internal network delivery. The duplicate messages are generated during the external sending process from the Google network and have been replicated during independent testing. What this means for you: -No action is required: You do not need to alter your email settings or open a support ticket. -Email integrity is secure: No data is being lost, and email delivery remains fully functional aside from the duplicate copies. Our Approach: While a manual server-side modification exists that could suppress these duplicates, implementing it presents a significant risk to overall mail reliability. Forcing this workaround could unintentionally block legitimate mail or increase the risk of valid messages being marked as spam. To protect your email delivery performance, we are letting standard delivery protocols handle the messages naturally. We are continuously monitoring inbound mail traffic and tracking updates regarding Google's sending behavior and third-party integration updates. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as soon as more technical details become available.
