Network Connectivity in SGP1

Our Engineering team has confirmed that the fix put in place to reduce packet-loss and latency in the SGP1 region has successfully resolved the issue. Our Engineering team has identified an issue with an upstream provider causing packet-loss and increased latency in the SGP1 region. The team has implemented a fix to reroute traffic and restore connectivity. Between approximately 14:12 UTC and 17:22 UTC, users may have experienced missing metrics on their resource graphs, delays in loading the Volumes page on the cloud panel, and errors trying to create new Volumes. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide another update as soon as we confirm the situation is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
