As a temporary workaround, users may still create a new ticket at https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ We apologize for the inconvenience and will post an update as soon as further information is available.

Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for the issue impacting our Help Center.

As of 14:10 UTC, all impact has been mitigated and users should no longer experience any issues with updating existing tickets. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once the incident is completely resolved.
