Outage Details

Our Engineering team is investigating an issue with our Managed Database product. At this time, new users may experience errors while creating clusters, both via Cloud Control Panel and API requests. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update once we have more information.

Our Engineering team has confirmed that the issue impacting our Managed Database product has been fully resolved. If you continue to experience any issues while creating Managed Database clusters please open a ticket with our support team. Thank you for your patience.

Our Engineering team has deployed a fix for the issue impacting our Managed Database product.

As of 18:05 UTC, all impact has been mitigated and users should no longer experience any issues with creating Managed Database clusters. Existing users who already have a Managed Database cluster might have experienced errors if they have tried creating a Managed Database cluster on a newly created team account.

We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once the incident is completely resolved.

As of 17:10 UTC, our Engineering team has identified the issue impacting our Managed Database product and is working on a fix. In the meantime, new users may experience errors while creating Managed Database clusters. Users who already have a Managed Database cluster are not impacted by this incident.
