Our vendor has confirmed resolution of this issue and the Support Center is functioning normally as of approximately 11:00 UTC.

Our Engineering team continues to work with our vendor in order to resolve the issue with users accessing the Support Center through their cloud account or directly from https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/. The issue has been escalated and we are awaiting feedback.

Our vendor has noted remediation of the issue on their side and our Support team is now able to access customer support queries and respond normally.
However, our Engineering team is still seeing an issue with our Support Center at https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ and is reaching out to our vendor for additional assistance. Users are unable to submit queries through their DigitalOcean account or directly from the URL above.

Our Engineering team has confirmed this incident is the result of an issue with our Support Center vendor. We are closely monitoring their reported issue.
