DreamPress Service Disruption

Our Technical Operations team is currently investigating connectivity issues affecting a number of DreamPress instances. We are closely monitoring the situation and will post periodic updates as further information becomes available.

The Technical Operations team have identified the cause of this incident, and are working toward a resolution. We’ll update this post as new information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team is continuing their work to fully stabilize the DreamPress cluster affected by today's issue. While most sites are up and responding as expected, a small number of DreamPress servers are still experiencing problems. We're working as quickly as possible to get the remaining subset of issues resolved.

Whilst monitoring the previously applied fix, our Technical Operations team identified a tangential issue affecting the same cluster of DreamPress instances, and are working toward a resolution. We’ll update this post as new information becomes available.

Our Technical Operations team continues to work on the DreamPress cluster experiencing downtime. Websites are responding normally; however, some websites are experiencing a MySQL issue that has occurred, causing some sites to experience database connectivity issues. We are working diligently to resolve the MySQL issue as quickly as possible.
