We have identified the cause of the issue and are continuing to monitor it. Our cloud provider is experiencing a major system outage and we are working with them directly to provide regular updates.
We will continue to update our status page as we get further information related to the outage.

We are starting to see improvement in services related to messaging after an update from our cloud provider AWS to the impacted services.
Users may see messages continue to send intermittently and we will continue to monitor until this is fully resolved.
