We are currently experiencing issues with live chat for some users. Those impacted are seeing latency in messages loading in the conversation view. The engineering team is investigating this issue.

Engineering identified a fix for the issue and we have deployed the update to all impacted users. We are starting to see normal functionality with Drift chat. We will continue to monitor until we have confirmation this is resolved.
