We have identified that Admin console logins are failing with internal application errors for US deployment regions due to multiple concurrent AWS service disruptions. Please note that APAC deployment regions remain operational and normal, and our engineering teams are fully engaged, in contact with the AWS team.

Following observed recovery and updates from AWS, we are transitioning to a monitoring state. While Admin console logins for US deployment regions are now showing recovery, we will continue vigilant observation; APAC deployment regions remain operational and normal.

We are observing performance degradation and intermittent failures in the US deployment regions due to the ongoing AWS service disruption. APAC deployment regions remain operational and normal.
