D&B continues all efforts to restore a performance degradation for DNB Connect data processing. We are asking customers to refrain from re-submitting jobs. D&B continues all efforts to restore a performance degradation for D&B Connect data processing. We are making progress and working to restore service as quickly as possible.

The Match and Enrich queue is up to date and new jobs are processing normally. Batch Refreshes (Connect for Salesforce only) still have a larger than normal queue time. Please do not resubmit Connect for Salesforce refresh jobs as this puts duplicates into the queue and will further exacerbate the issue. As always, you will receive an automated email from the product when your job completes or if a failure occurs. If processing time exceeds 5 days, please reach out to D&B Customer Service.
