We have identified and provided a fix for an issue causing IP addresses reported from user authentications as being in a different region than they are. Accounts with User Location policies may have experienced authentication failures as a result. Please check back here or subscribe to updates for any changes.

The issue causing IP addresses to be reported as being in a different region has been resolved and all services are now fully functional.

We will be posting a root-cause analysis (RCA) here once our engineering team has finished its thorough investigation of the issue.
