Starting at about 09:05 ET, we experienced service degradation causing some Duo SSO logins to take an excessive amount of time or completely time out. A fix has been implemented for authentication performance degradation at 09:15 ET. We are monitoring the results of the fix at this time. Starting at about 09:05 ET, we experienced service degradation causing some Duo SSO logins to take an excessive amount of time or completely time out. A fix was implemented for authentication performance degradation at 09:15 ET and we have examined all login issues were resolved by 09:26 ET.

We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as soon as it is available.
