Issues accessing & processing data within Oregon

We are aware of issues accessing and processing data for a subset of customers hosted in a Dynatrace deployment out of Oregon.

Our teams are actively working on investigation of the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We have identified the cause of the issue and we are actively working on mitigative steps. We are beginning to see improvements in accessing and processing data.
