Degraded performance on Azure Switzerland North cluster due to Microsoft Azure issue

We have identified an issue on Azure Switzerland North region due to Microsoft Azure outage. Impacted customers may experience degraded performance.

We are still actively working with our cloud provider to resolve this issue. Based on the latest update from our cloud provider, this issue is expected to be mitigated in the next 2 hours (ETA 05:30 UTC).

We will continue to actively monitor the situation together with the could provider and will share new update as soon as we have more information on this.

With the majority of services recovered on the cloud provider side, we can see the performance of Dynatrace platforms is being improved. We are still actively working with the cloud provider towards a full resolution.
