Today we've performed maintenance of search cluster to improve performance and availability.
We were hoping to be able to do maintenance without any outage, but unfortunately we had some issues over the course of the day, visible on our status page in Search API historical status and metrics for complex search.
There were a total of 31 non-sequential minutes of outage, separately at 12:18, 17:23 and 20:07 (Brasilia time UTC-3).
THE MAINTENANCE WAS FINISHED AND THE CLUSTER INCREASED, but we are still following up and we apologize for the problems we were unable to avoid.
NOTE: Search API outages can disrupts the browsing experience and some integrations, but doesn't makes your shopfront offline and does not interfere with the checkout.
