Program board and Team planning page show a blank screen
Resolved MajorIncident Report
We have identified an issue that causes the Program Board and Team Planning page within Programs to display a blank screen. This occurs when the Program contains Jira boards that cannot be loaded for the user, such as boards with limited view access or deleted boards.
While we continue working on a fix, affected customers can use one of the following workarounds:
1. A user with Manage Programs permission can edit the program configuration to remove the deleted or restricted boards
2. A user with Edit permission for the Board Filter can grant View access to affected users
