We appreciate your patience while we investigated the reported system issue. Customers should no longer be seeing errors accessing EBSCO Experience Manager, Ebsco Collection Manager or EBSCO database products other than when using SSO Authentication.

Users may still be experiencing errors when attempting to access EBSCO products using SSO authentication. We are continuing to investigate and resolve the issues and will provide additional updates as information is available.
