EBSCO experienced a major service outage affecting multiple platforms including EBSCOhost Research Databases, EBSCO Discovery Service, DynaMed products, EBSCOadmin, and various other research and management tools. The incident lasted 24.4 hours, with services being restored in phases - most platforms were recovered within the first day, while Holdings and Link Management systems required additional time to fully resolve. All affected services were completely restored after engineering teams identified and implemented fixes for the underlying issue.
