At this time, Clever and ClassLink Twig Science customers are unable to add new schools. Our team is actively working on a fix, which we expect to release within the next 24–48 hours.
Twig Science self-rostering (CSV) customers are also unable to add new schools directly. However, they can reach out to their Account Executive, who can assist with adding the new schools on their behalf.
