We are investigating an issue that might be impacting the Edgio EdgePrism Network Service at our Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) point of presence. Edgio Engineers are actively investigating customer impact, affected services, and remediation steps. Next expected update: 60 minutes or as new information becomes available.
Significant flapping was affecting traffic in YYZ (Toronto, ON), traffic was migrated away to minimize impact. Work with our vendors resolved the issue and traffic was restored to the site, there is no further risk of impact at this time, the issue has been mitigated. We will continue to monitor and work with our vendors to identify the root cause.
